on 4-Nov-09

CHICAGO, Nov. 4, 2009 Global Green Carbon Corporation ("Global Green Carbon", "GGCC" or the "Company") announced today that it has completed a structured financing deal with Legends Capital. The proceeds of the funding are allocated to developing reforestation projects. Global Green Carbon is a world-wide developer of reforestation projects utilizing carbon credit financing.

Global Green Carbon recently announced the acquisition of Andean Carbon Corporation, which is the project developer of the Guayllbamba Watershed reforestation project in Quito, Ecuador. The company is also involved in reforestation efforts in Peru, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, and Columbia where they seek to manage new reforestation projects utilizing carbon
credit finance mechanisms.

In announcing the Agreement, Christopher Werner, co-Founder and CEO of the Company, commented, "Closing this structured financing agreement will allow us to focus 100% of our energy on developing significant reforestation efforts which will dramatically reduce greenhouse gas emissions removing millions of tonnes of CO2 from our atmosphere."

Kirsten McGregor, co-Founder and VP of the Company stated, "In addition to reducing GHG emissions our focus is to provide long term employment for poverty-stricken communities and provide investors with a fair return on their capital." The company continues to review other attractive prospects and hopes to add additional projects before the end of the year.
